Submission for Gameseed 2024.

Synopsis

Play as Flo, a little astronaut who is stranded on a barren planet. The planet is like Earth but very barren, his job is to re-green the planet while fighting evil monsters that destroy the environment

Gameplay

The main goal of the gameplay of this game is to green the room.

The strategy is to avoid enemies while greening the room directly, or fight enemies and then green the room

The gameplay of this game is that players simply use the buttons,

W = Move up

A = Move left

S = move down

D = move right

Mouse scroll = change bullet type

left click = shoot

(there are also additional keybinds, M = mute bgm, N = mute SFX)

This game is a top down shooter dungeon crawler genre, enter a room, complete the room, then go to the next room.

Projectiles

There are several types of projectiles that you can play in this game, each projectile has its own function, how you use the projectile determines the success of your game.

1. Needle

Projectile needle, stabs enemies while spreading small seeds that green its travel path.

2. Explosive Pumpkin

The spiked pumpkin is a projectile that explodes and shoots out spikes that deal area damage, but be careful, because it can hurt you too.

3. Wall Bullet

Wall Bullet, creates a wall barricade to block enemy movements and incoming enemy projectiles

4. Turret Bullet

Turret bullet grows plants that will shoot thorns in 4 directions continuously, with a fairly large seed requirement but provides high impact.

Enemies

There are several enemies in this game that decorate this game.

Some enemies have their own behavior.

1. Golem

Golem uses melee attacks, has moderate movement, and has a wide area attack, its impact damages surrounding plants.

2. Meerkat

Meerkats, have fast movements, and fast attack initiation, damaging surrounding plants when attacking, but after attacking they become dizzy and stop for a few seconds.

3. Slime

Slime, slow movement, no specific attack but players will be injured if their body touches it.

4. Rafflesia

Rafflesia, a beautiful but dangerous flower if you are near it for too long, will damage the player after a few seconds.

5. Lily

Lily, a beautiful flower but can shoot thorns that can hurt players, you can use projectile walls to create barricades and create strategies to fight them.
